I've been playing the PC Limited Edition version of Himmelssturmer or the past couple of days now. I've patched the game to v1.02 (uninstalled the other patch before doing so).
I've noticed that the Stoneclaw sub boss (World 3) and the Disbelievers (World 4) all spawn off the screen to the right (as they're supposed to), and then slowly scroll towards the left side of the screen. They disappear off-screen and that's it. The game continues on.
I've hit them with Flame as they spawned all the way until they disappear, but they survive it (even how slow they're going in a straight line).
This obviously isn't supposed to happen. It's stunted my score a bit (I know I'd have gotten a higher score if I was able to shoot them down).
It doesn't really bother me, but it makes me wonder if it's my computer or something to do with the patch.
I'm using an Asus G73JH. It runs everything perfect - including Himmelssturmer. Except for when I get to those sub bosses.
Now I haven't gotten further than that yet (it's been a long time since I've played, and I keep dying before I get to Windgeist), so I'm not sure if the Whirlwind sub boss (also World 4) or the Hybrid Irritation sub bosses (World 5) do this as well. My guess is that they do.
Anyway, it may be my computer (doubtful), but either way, I believe you guys said replay files are saved to your servers, so if you reviewed the replay of my latest uploaded score (my name for the PC version is Delci PC), you'll see the glitch I'm talking about in action.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
