I didn't even notice there were problems with the server, I assumed I'd forgotten my password to log in

Hmm...when I select 'Online' in the Options menu to reveal my high scores online, it asks for my product key, a name (Delci, as usual) and a password, then says it's registering my account, and then says 'Already registered'. Well, yeah, I know I've registered before. But it doesn't seem like there's a way to simply log in, as it takes me through that 'registration process' everytime I select and confirm Online in the Options menu.
Is there something I'm missing? Or should I simply make a run, and when I hit a game over, will it ask me to log in? That wouldn't do, because 'Offline' is still the default selection in the Option menu (and I can't get it to stay on Online, because it switches back to Offline everytime it gives me that 'Already registered' message).
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this, haha.

I'll have to use another name, then. Hmm...
I have to download the patch, too, and remap the fire button to Alt...using left Ctrl cramps my hand since my fingers are on the weapons keys for chaining, using right Ctrl makes me have to take my hand off of it to switch weapons for the same purpose.
