Hong Kong – September 21, 2020 – Independent developer and publisher, Eastasiasoft Limited, today announced that side-scrolling arcade shoot’em up Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype Definitive Edition is coming soon to PS4 and will be available both digitally and physically.
Inspired by genre classics and updated with modern HD presentation, Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype offers a wealth of shoot’em up content across 10 grand stages. Choose between 3 unique ships, unlock a wide array of bonuses and challenge enormous bosses with screen-filling attacks, all set to an adrenaline-pumping soundtrack!
This complete edition is optimized for 60fps performance and features all previous updates, DLC and a brand new gallery mode. Detailed score tables and replay data sharing extend the experience and will have you competing with friends for high scores just like an old-school arcade.
In addition to digital release on the PlayStation Store, physical Limited Editions will be available for preorder from online retail partner Playasia on Thursday, September 24th at 11:00pm Hong Kong (11:00am EDT / 04:00pm UK), including the game, manual, 2-CD soundtrack, poster and numbered certificate in a collector’s box. Only 2000 units will be produced.
