Personally, I'm very eager to see more of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The recent E3 trailer has me rather excited. I'm a huge fan of the first game, sadly not so much the second one. Hoping this time it'll be better.

Other things I'm pretty keen to see are Vanquish, Final Fantasy 14 and of course the usual press conferences where hopefully most of the surprises won't get leaked out early!

Vanquish should be interesting, Platinum Games is a great studio.
I am also looking forward to The Last Guardian and hopefully GT5 will get a release date soon.

It seems likely we'll be seeing more about GT5 (and hopefully a release date!) soon. It wouldn't surprise me if that Kevin Butler fellow came on the stage to present something about it, if not elsewhere. It was heavily hinted at in his last video with the not-so-subtle "Man Furismo Jive" line.

I'm never looking forward to these things anymore. I spent 1 e3 all mad about 360 avatars just wanting to punch the TV... watched PS Home and laughed and how bad they used that to do the press conference...

Maybe I'm only hoping for some surprise games to perk my interest... I remember when I heard Beatmania US I was like WHAT REALLY! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG THIS IS SO GOOD!!!

PS: Controller = A+, Songlist = B learning curve = C- so I imported a bunch of styles... very rewarding to play high level... kind of high... and doubles.

So the big 3 press conferences are done

Considering I only got 1 via radio (my brother was watching, I was listening while gaming and watching some pro level Starcraft streams) I can't judge but from the articles 360 shows nothing useful and just sequels of big titles and a motion controller that dropped the ball it caught last year. Wii (the one I heard) was bringing back old established franchises through history and 3DS. PS3 I'm unsure but I heard more surprises via Portal 2 (they better bring Portal 1, or Valve is stupid... thats like giving 360 Soldner-X 2 but skipping the original, just makes ZERO sense.) and Twisted Metal (wait, there was plans for PS3?)


All the new tech I'm worried about...


Guess I'm either not as easily sold as last year, or I'm more critical of what is being shown to be sold on content this year.

I personally don't fancy all this motion sensor stuff (Wii in general, Kinect (silly and hard to remember name btw, isn't it?), Move). I just don't hope that this is going to be the future of gaming...

Still a bit curious about the 3DS though.
