Today we are thrilled to announce that Asian cinematic horror game THE TAG-ALONG OBSESSION will launch digitally for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and the Microsoft Store for Windows on May 6, 2026. Physical editions for PS5 will be available for pre-order from online retail partner Playasia this Thursday, March 5th at 11:00pm Hong Kong time (10:00am ET / 7:00am PT / 3:00pm UK).
THE TAG-ALONG OBSESSION is a horror-themed adventure presented in cinematic 3D first-person perspective. Based on urban legend, THE TAG-ALONG OBSESSION combines intense and atmospheric survival horror gameplay with puzzle elements and investigation. Players take the role of Hui-Ting, the sole survivor of a supernatural incident that left her cursed. Now Hui-Ting must return to the abandoned resort where the incident first took place in hopes of finding a way to lift the curse and uncovering the truth behind her haunting.
THE TAG-ALONG OBSESSION is originally developed by LuLuDu Tech Co., Ltd. and ported for consoles by eastasiasoft. The game will be published digitally for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and the Microsoft Store for Windows by eastasiasoft worldwide. Standard physical copies for PS5 will be priced at US$29.99 plus shipping. A Deluxe Edition is also being prepared and will include a slipcase as well as a soundtrack CD. Pre-orders for both physical versions will open this week through Playasia and affiliated distribution partners.
