Zombie-bashing brawler coming soon for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Steam
Hong Kong – June 3, 2024 – Independent developer and publisher Eastasiasoft Limited announced today that 3D beat ’em up Hot Blood will launch for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Steam on July 2nd, 2024.
From the creator of Drunken Fist and Drunken Fist 2: Zombie Hangover, Hot Blood is a feisty brawler that puts players in the role of Roxy, an accidental heroine who’s caught in the middle of a zombie apocalypse while she’s out shopping with her boyfriend. Determined to punish the undead for interrupting her date and to get her boyfriend back, Roxy takes on the horde with improvised weapons, high kicks and sassy smack talk. As players progress, new outfits can be unlocked for Roxy to dress up and look stylish while bashing baddies.
Digital pricing has been set at US$9.99/€9.99 on consoles. The Steam version will be US$7.99/€7.99 for the base game, plus a “Naked Outfits” DLC will be available exclusively on Steam at US$1.99/€1.99.
